Research and Development for the Denim Production
We have a team of experienced and creative staff at our disposal. Together with our customers, the members of this team develop new
processes for refining fabrics in high-technology laboratories. By attending and taking part in important fabrics and fashion shows, we are always
up to date.
In our own chemical firm called CPM, chemical auxiliaries of DyStar (Rotta) and Garmon , Italy, are produced and sold. These companies
are worldwide leaders in the field of garmentwash-technology.
In the attached development centre under Italian guidance, washing and dyeing techniques
are developed in cooperation with leading denim manufacturers. This development centre is equipped with all machines and devices that are necessary
to process jeans.
All design departments, which are certainly to be found in every washing and dyeing plant, are supplied and provided with the
latest information by this development centre.
Training in the Jeans Academy
Our latest project is the establishment of our own training centre, the “jeans academy”,
where young and capable employees are trained to work worldwide as customer advisors or travelling technicians in the near future.
